Frequently asked questions

How is the value score calculated?

The score is Benefit divided by Effort plus normalized Time Cost and normalized Monetary Cost. Higher scores suggest better overall value within the items you entered.

What does a Quick Win mean?

A Quick Win is a high-benefit, low-effort item. The quadrant is a prioritization aid, not a guarantee that the work is risk-free or strategically correct.

Can I save the prioritization matrix?

Yes. Save Data downloads the current items as JSON, Load Data restores a JSON file, and Print creates a printable report view.
